Title: Consider recommendations regarding approval of the Child Care Planning Council Membership for 2022-2023, as follows: a) Publicize the Board's intention to select the members and invite local organizations to submit nominations prior to November 28, 2022; b) Authorize the Chair to sign the "Certification Statement Regarding Composition of Local Planning Council Membership," approving the 2022-2023 membership of the Santa Barbara County Child Care Planning Council; and c) Determine that approval of membership in the Santa Barbara County Child Care Planning Council is not a "Project" subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), finding it is an organizational or administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
