Title: Consider recommendations regarding Amendment No. 2 to the Outside Counsel Contract with Renne Public Law Group, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for Professional Legal Services with Renne Public Law Group, reviving the Agreement, extending the term to January 9, 2024 and increasing the not-to-exceed amount to $73,000.00; and b) Determine that the above actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines, because they consist of administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
