Title: Consider recommendations regarding Amendment No. 1 to an Agreement with the State of California for Fire Protection to State Responsibility Area (SRA) Lands, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute the State of California Standard Agreement Amendment No. 1 (STD 213A) with the State of California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) for fire protection services to SRA for the period July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023 increasing the amount by $3,321,608.00 for a revised total not to exceed $48,930,148.00; and b) Determine that the above-recommended action does not constitute a project subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4), finding that the action is the creation of a governmental funding mechanism or other government fiscal activity, that does not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical ...

Title
