Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Agreement with San Luis Obispo County Office of Education for Workforce Development Board Consultant Services, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Department of Social Services Director, or designee, to execute the Agreement with the San Luis Obispo County Office of Education for the Workforce Development Board to receive funds in the amount of $7,000.00 to provide consultant services for the period of May 2, 2023 through June 30, 2023; and b) Determine that the approval and execution of the Grant Agreement is not the approval of a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(5), finding that the project is a creation of a governmental funding mechanism or other government fiscal activity, which does not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
