Consider recommendations regarding First Amendment to Agreement for Services of Independent Contract RRM Design Group for Wallace Avenue Coastal Access Improvements Project, County Project No. 862418 and Santa Claus Lane Streetscape Improvements Project, County Project No. 720783, First District, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the First Amendment to Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with RRM Design Group, for the Wallace Avenue Coastal Access Improvements Project and Santa Claus Lane Streetscape Improvements Project for a total amount not to exceed $106,911.00 with a term of April 17, 2020 to June 30, 2025; and
b) Determine the project was found by your Board to be exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15301(c) on October 1, 2019 (as the proposed project(s) consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equ...
