Title: Consider recommendations regarding Fourth Amendment to the Professional Services Contract with Dewberry East Mountain Drive Low Water Crossing Replacement Project, County Project No. 862357, Federal-Aid Project No. BRLO-NBIL (526), First District, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute the Fourth Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement (BC 17246) with Dewberry Engineers Inc. (Dewberry) for professional structural design, geotechnical design and environmental services for the East Mountain Drive Low Water Crossing Replacement Project, and to extend the termination date of the Agreement to June 30, 2025 at no additional cost; and b) Determine the above actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) because it consists of organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
