Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan (Phase 2), as follows: a) Receive and file the 2022 County of Santa Barbara ADA Transition Plan (Phase II); b) Approve and record the transition of the ADA Coordinator duties to the County Executive Office, Compliance and Accountability Division; and c) Determine that the proposed actions do not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) as they consist of organizational or administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect changes in the environment; and that the proposed actions do not constitute "Approval" within the meaning of CEQA Guidelines Section 15352 as they do not commit the County to a definite course of action in regard to any project.
