Title: Consider recommendations regarding Contractor on Payroll (COP) Agreement Renewals for Andra Dillard, R.N. and Edwin Feliciano M.D., Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-2024, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Contractor-on-Payroll with Andra Dillard, R.N. for the provision of infection disease prevention and control services in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00 for the period of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Contractor on Payroll with Edwin Feliciano, M.D., for the provision of psychiatric services in an amount not to exceed $26,400.00 for the period of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024; and c) Determine that the above action is a government fiscal activity or funding mechanism which does not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in potentially physical impact on the environment, and is therefore not a project under the California Environmental Act...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding Contractor on Payroll (COP) Agreement Renewals for Andra Dillard, R.N. and Edwin Feliciano M.D., Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-2024, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Contractor-on-Payroll with Andra Dillard, R.N. for the provision of infection disease prevention and control services in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00 for the period of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024;

 

b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Contractor on Payroll with Edwin Feliciano, M.D., for the provision of psychiatric services in an amount not to exceed $26,400.00 for the period of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024; and

 

c) Determine that the above action is a government fiscal activity or funding mechanism which does not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in potentially physical impact on the environment, and is therefore not a project under the California Environmental Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA Guidelines.
