Title: HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-2024 Recommended Budget for the County of Santa Barbara as Successor Agency to the former County of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency, as follows: a) Adopt the Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Barbara as the Successor Agency to the former County of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency, entitled In the Matter of Adopting the Budget for FY 2023-2024 for the County of Santa Barbara as Successor Agency to the Former County of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency; and b) Find that the proposed action is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15378(b)(4) and 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines, because it consists of government fiscal, organizational, or administrative activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
