Title: Consider recommendations regarding a PathPoint Substance Use Services Agreement, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with PathPoint for the provision of substance use services for the benefit of patients served in the Public Health Department's Health Care for the Homeless Program in a total amount not to exceed $49,000.00 for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024; b) Approve and authorize the Director of the Public Health Department, or designee, to adjust hours of service as mutually agreed with the Contractor in accordance with Exhibit A of the Agreement; and c) Determine that the recommended actions are not a "project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and are exempt per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4) since the recommended actions are a government fiscal activity that does not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially sig...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding a PathPoint Substance Use Services Agreement, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with PathPoint for the provision of substance use services for the benefit of patients served in the Public Health Department’s Health Care for the Homeless Program in a total amount not to exceed $49,000.00 for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024;

 

b) Approve and authorize the Director of the Public Health Department, or designee, to adjust hours of service as mutually agreed with the Contractor in accordance with Exhibit A of the Agreement; and

 

c) Determine that the recommended actions are not a “project” within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and are exempt per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4) since the recommended actions are a government fiscal activity that does not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
