Title: Consider recommendations regarding Extra Help Employee Pay Rates, as follows: a) Reaffirm that pay rates for extra help employees Countywide will align with the pay rates specified for all classifications of County employees, effective July 10, 2023; and b) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended actions are government fiscal activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
