Consider recommendations regarding First 5 Children and Families Commission of Santa Barbara County Acceptance of Appropriations, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required)

 

a) Accept $971,427.00 of one-time funding to First 5 Santa Barbara County Children and Families Commission for Fiscal Years (FYs) 2023-2025 to coordinate the Regional Technical Assistance for Home Visiting Coordination and Integration grant received from First 5 California;

 

b) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0009056 to establish appropriations of $485,713.50 in First 5 Santa Barbara County Children and Families Commission Fund for Salary and Benefits ($120,779.85) and Service and Supplies ($364,933.65) for FY 2023-2024, funded by unanticipated revenue from First 5 California; and
