Title: Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to the Transitions-Mental Health Association (TMHA) for Fiscal Years 2022-2024 Subrecipient Agreement for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Services, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute the First Amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement for Services with TMHA (BC No. 22-100), a California nonprofit corporation (not a local vendor), to extend the agreement term through December 31, 2023 with no change to the maximum contract amount of $182,400.00 for the period of July 12, 2022 through December 31, 2023; and b) Determine that the above action is a government funding mechanism or other government fiscal activity which does not involve any commitment to any specific project that may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment and is therefore not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA Guidelines.
