TIME: 1 HR.) a) Accept the Applicant's withdrawal of the Permit Revision request, Case no. 23RVP-00031; b) Acknowledge that upon withdrawal of the Permit Revision request 23RVP-00031, there is no action for the Board of Supervisors to take on the permit and drop the item from the Board of Supervisor's agenda; and c) Determine that the above action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(S).
