Title: Consider recommendations regarding Parcel Map No. 14,859, CA Assets, 22HSG-00001 and Accept Public Utility Easement Dedication per said map, Second District, as follows: a) Subject to recordation of the Parcel Map No. 14,859, accept on behalf of the public and authorize the Clerk of the Board to endorse Parcel Map No. 14,859 accepting the offer of dedication as follows: i) Public Utility Easement shown thereon; and b) Determine that the above-recommended actions are exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21080, Subdivision (b)(1), and CEQA Guidelines Section 15268 since the approval of a qualifying project under SB 9 for a housing development with no more than two primary units or a lot split in a single-family zone, or both, is a ministerial action.
