Title: Consider recommendations regarding Amendment No. 6 to the Professional Services Agreement with Carollo Engineers, Incorporated for Engineering Services During Construction of Laguna County Sanitation District Plant Upgrades, Fourth and Fifth Districts, as follows: Acting as the Board of Directors, Laguna County Sanitation District: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 6 to the Professional Services Agreement with Carollo Engineers, Incorporated in the amount of $325,000.00 and extend the contract end date to June 30, 2024; and b) Find that the proposed action does not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to 14 CCR Section 15378(b)(5), in that it is a government administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect changes in the environment.

Consider recommendations regarding Amendment No. 6 to the Professional Services Agreement with Carollo Engineers, Incorporated for Engineering Services During Construction of Laguna County Sanitation District Plant Upgrades, Fourth and Fifth Districts, as follows:

 

Acting as the Board of Directors, Laguna County Sanitation District:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 6 to the Professional Services Agreement with Carollo Engineers, Incorporated in the amount of $325,000.00 and extend the contract end date to June 30, 2024; and

 

b) Find that the proposed action does not constitute a “Project” within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to 14 CCR Section 15378(b)(5), in that it is a government administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect changes in the environment.
