Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Service Agreement with Kingdom Causes, Inc., dba CityNet, for Support of the Santa Barbara County Human Trafficking Task Force, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an agreement with Kingdom Causes, Inc., dba CityNet, to provide collaborative leadership and administrative support to the Santa Barbara County Human Trafficking Task Force for the period of October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2026, for a total amount not to exceed $210,000.00; and b) Determine that the recommended actions are not the approval of a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4), finding that the project is a creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities, which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
