Title: Consider recommendations regarding the County ERP Project, Transfer of Project Implementation Responsibilities to the Information Technology Department, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Adopt a Resolution establishing one (1) Assistant Department Leader position in the Information Technology Department, effective as of February 5, 2024; b) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0009522 which establishes appropriations in the Information Technology Department for the cost of the position for the remainder of the fiscal Year, in an amount of $119,600.00, to be funded from the Countywide ERP Project committed fund balance set-aside in General County Programs; and c) Determine that the above actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA guidelines because they consist of administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
