Title: Consider recommendations regarding the transfer of funds and contracts from the Public Health Department to the Department of Social Services, as follows: a) Approve the transfer of the administration of Marriage License Fees and Domestic Violence Prevention Agency Fund from the Public Health Department to the Department of Social Services for the funding of shelter-based domestic violence programs; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the First Amendment to the Agreement with Domestic Violence Solutions, Board Contract BC-10-041, which will transfer ownership and authority of the Agreement to the Department of Social Services; and c) Approve the transfer of $32,550.00 in County General Fund dollars from the Public Health Department to the Department of Social Services for the administration of a contract with the Central Coast Commission for Senior Citizens (Area Agency on Aging).

Title
