Acting as the Board of Directors, In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority:

 

Consider recommendations regarding the negotiated contract extension Memorandum of Understanding between the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority and United Domestic Workers of America, which requires prior approval of the Board of Directors of the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the negotiated contract extension Memorandum of Understanding between the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority and United Domestic Workers of America/AFL-CIO to include the following:

 

i) An addition to Article 8, Section 3, which reads, “In conjunction with any written description of an adjustment to be made under this section, the Public Authority will provide the Union with documentation, including any quantitative analyses, relied on by the Public Authority as a basis for the adjustment; and

 

ii) An extension of all other provisions of the existing Memorandum of Understanding for one (1) year, through June 30, 2011.
