Title: Consider recommendations regarding Fiscal Year 2010/2011 Agreements for Children’s Mental Health Services, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair execute an Amendment to the Contract with Child Abuse Listening and Mediation, Inc. (a local vendor) for Children’s Mental Health Services in the amount of $1,612,506.00, for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Amendment to the Contract with Family Service Agency (a local vendor) for Children’s Mental Health Services in the amount of $1,180,954.00, for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011; and c) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Contract with Milhous Treatment Center (not a local vendor) for Children’s Group Home services in the amount of $250,000.00, for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.

a) Approve and authorize the Chair execute an Amendment to the Contract with Child Abuse Listening and Mediation, Inc. (a local vendor) for Children’s Mental Health Services in the amount of $1,612,506.00, for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011;
