Title
Consider recommendations regarding Fiscal Year 2010/2011 Agreements for Adult Mental Health Services, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a contract with Community Health Centers of the Central Coast (a local vendor) in the amount of $474,161.00, for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011;
b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a contract with Mental Health Association in Santa Barbara County (a local vendor) in the amount of $534,827.00, for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011;
c) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a contract with Transitions Mental Health Association (a local vendor) in the amount of $2,518,980.00, for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011;
d) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Contractor on Payroll agreement with George Bajor, M.D., in the amount of $30,513.00, for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011;
e) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Contractor on Payroll agreement with Bob Black, M.D., in the amount of $86,900.00, for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011;
f) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Contractor on Payroll agreement with Daniel Litten, M.D., for a total contract not to exceed $60,000.00, for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.
