Title: City of Lompoc - Approve the following requests of the City of Lompoc: a) Call and give notice of the holding of a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2010, for the purpose of electing a Mayor for a full term of two years and two members of the City Council for full terms of four years each; b) Consolidate a General Municipal Election of the City of Lompoc with services to be provided by the County of Santa Barbara; and c) Adopt regulations for candidates for elective office pertaining to cost of candidate's statements for the General Municipal Election.
