Title: Consider recommendations regarding the sale and grant of a portion of Baseline Road fee, Santa Ynez, Third District, as follows: a) Approve the Notice of Exemption regarding the abandonment and sale of the fee ownership of a portion of land beneath Baseline Road, adjacent to 4815 Baseline Avenue, APN 141-070-019, in the unincorporated area of the County of Santa Barbara, pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines Section 15312, pertaining to the sale of Government surplus property and minor alterations of existing facilities; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Grant Deed Agreement with Reservations regarding the above referenced portion of Baseline Road fee; and c) Direct the County Surveyor to record the Grant Deed concurrently with Tentative Parcel Map No. 14,531 for the property.
