Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Ordinance amending Chapter 44 of the Santa Barbara County Code and other implementation actions related to the rights and duties of landlords and tenants of residential property, as follows: a) Consider the adoption (second reading) of an Ordinance amending Chapter 44 of the Santa Barbara County Code pertaining to the rights and duties of landlords and tenants of residential property; and b) Determine that the adoption of this Ordinance is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) in accordance with Section 15061(b)(3) of the Guidelines for Implementation of CEQA and direct filing of the Notice of Exemption.
