| A-1) | Administrative Item | Consider recommendations regarding the appointment of candidates to Special District Governing Boards in lieu of election, pursuant to California Elections Code Section 10515(a), as follows:
a) Appoint in lieu of election those candidates who have filed a declaration of candidacy and are qualified to hold office. All candidates listed on the Certificate of Facts have filed a declaration of candidacy to run for office and meet the qualifications necessary to be appointed in lieu of election.
