14-00501 A-1)Agenda ItemConsider recommendations regarding Santa Barbara Response Network Temporary Use Permit, Third District, as follows: Acting as Successor Agency to the Former Santa Barbara County Redevelopment Agency: a) In order to meet emergent needs for social support services in the Isla Vista community, authorize the CEO, in her discretion, to permit the Santa Barbara Response Network temporary, revocable use of approximately 1000 square feet of space at 970 Embarcadero Del Mar, for a period ending June 30, 2014; and b) Find that the proposed actions are for the operation of existing public facilities, involving negligible, or no expansion of use beyond that which presently exists, that the proposed action is therefore exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to 14 CCR 15301, and approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption on that basis.Pass Action details Video Video
