Title: Consider recommendations regarding Construction of the Calle Real Community Development Block Grant Pedestrian Pathway Project, County Project No. 820659, Second District, as follows: a) Approve the Calle Real Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Pedestrian Pathway Project, County Project No. 820659; b) Authorize the Director of Public Works to advertise for bids to construct the Calle Real Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Pedestrian Pathway Project, County Project No. 820659; and c) Find that the proposed action is for the repair, maintenance, and minor alteration of an existing public facility involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that which presently exists, that the proposed action is therefore exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to 14 CCR 15301, and approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
