Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Fiscal Year 2012/2013 Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive Grant Amendment, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Amendment to the Contract with The Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (a local vendor) for the provision of alcohol abuse prevention services to increase the Contract by $28,761.00 for a total Contract not to exceed $1,530,821.00 through June 30, 2013; and b) Determine under CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) that this activity is exempt from review on the basis that it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant effect on the environment.
