Time estimate: 1 hour) a) Deny the appeal, Case Number 20APL-00000-00017; b) Make the required findings for approval of the project including California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) findings; c) After considering the environmental review documents (Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) 20NGD-00000-00004), adopt MND 20NGD-00000-00004 pursuant to the State Guidelines for Implementation of CEQA; and d) Grant de novo approval of the project, Case Nos. 19LLA-00000-00003 and 19RMM-00000-00001, subject to the conditions.

b) Make the required findings for approval of the project including California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) findings;
