Title: HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the Sweeney Canyon, LLC Winery Development Plan and Consistency Rezone at the request of Shelly Ingram of MNS Engineers, Inc., agent for Sweeney Canyon, LLC, owner, Fourth District, as follows: (EST.
