Consider recommendations regarding the First 5 Children and Families Commission of Santa Barbara County Acceptance of Appropriations, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required)

 

a) Increase appropriations of $11,395.00 due to a budget revision that shifts the timing of Home Visitation Coordination funding received from First 5 California (F5CA), from Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-2022 to FY 2020-2021. The total grant amount remains the same;

 

b) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0007548 to establish appropriations of $11,395.00 in FY 2020-2021 in First 5 Santa Barbara County’s First 5 Child and Families Commission Fund for Salaries and Employee Benefits and Services and Supplies funded by a budget revision from F5CA; and

 

c) Determine that the activity is not a “Project” subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4), the creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
