Set a hearing to consider recommendations regarding  Case No. 21APL-00000-00048, an appeal of the County Planning Commission’s September 1, 2021 approval of the Cresco California Cannabis Cultivation and Processing Project (Case Nos. 20RVP-00000-00058, 21CUP-00000-00006, and 21CDP-00000-00118), filed by Elise Cossart-Daly, attorney, on behalf of Maureen Claffey, First District, as follows:

a) Deny the appeal, Case No. 21APL-00000-00048;

 

b) Make the required findings for approval of the Project, Case Nos. 20RVP-00000-00058, 21CUP-00000-00006, and 21CDP-00000-00118, including California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) findings;
