Set a hearing to consider recommendations regarding the Singer Appeal, Case No. 22APL-00000-00004, of the Planning Commission Approval of the 4701 Foothill Road Development Plan and Coastal Development Permit, Case Nos. 19DVP-00000-00016 and 19CDP-00000-00017, First District, as follows:
(Set a hearing for May 24, 2022. Time estimate: 1 hour 30 minutes)
a) Deny the appeal, Case No. 22APL-00000-00004;
b) Make the required findings for approval of the Project, Case Nos. 19DVP-00000-00016 and 19CDP-00000-00017, including California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) findings;
c) Determine that the previously certified Programmatic Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) (17EIR-00000-00003) is adequate and no subsequent Environmental Impact Report or Negative Declaration is required pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Sections 15162 and 15168(c)(2); and
d) Grant de novo approval of the Project, Case Nos. 19DVP-00000-00016 and 19CDP-00000-00017, subject to the conditions of approval.
