Title: Consider recommendations regarding Amendment No. 1 to the agreements to provide trucking services, as follows: Acting as Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreements for Services of Independent Contractor for trucking services amending the language to adjust hourly rates based on fuel prices with each of the following contractors: i) Bob's Backhoe and Trucking (a local vendor); ii) RLF Trucking and Grading Corp (a local vendor); and iii) Rockin CJ Transport Inc. (a local vendor); and b) Find that the recommended action to amend contracts for trucking services is a fiscal activity not constituting a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act, as set forth in 14 CCR 15378(b)(4).

Consider recommendations regarding Amendment No. 1 to the agreements to provide trucking services, as follows:

 

Acting as Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreements for Services of Independent Contractor for trucking services amending the language to adjust hourly rates based on fuel prices with each of the following contractors:

 

i) Bob’s Backhoe and Trucking (a local vendor);

 

ii) RLF Trucking and Grading Corp (a local vendor); and
