TIME: 1 HR. 15 MIN.) a) Deny the appeal, Case No. 22APL-00000-00029; b) Make the required findings for approval of the Project, Case No. 21CDH-00000-00029, including California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) findings; c) Determine that the previously certified Programmatic Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) (17EIR-00000-00003) is adequate and no subsequent Environmental Impact Report or Negative Declaration is required pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15162 and 15168(c)(2); and d) Grant de novo approval of the Project, Case No. 21CDH-00000-00029, subject to the conditions of approval.
