Title: Consider recommendations regarding Delivery and Quantity "As Needed" Surveyor Services Contracts, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute three (3) Agreements for Services of Independent Contractor with MNS, Inc., Tetra Tech, Inc., and Diversified Project Services International, Inc. for surveying services on an "as needed" basis through June 30, 2027, with work being initiated via Task Orders, with a minimum amount of $50,000.00, and a total amount not to exceed $950,000.00 for each agreement; b) Approve and authorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to execute Task Orders and approve Task Order amendments within the scope of the Agreement, upon concurrence with the Auditor-Controller's Office and the Office of County Counsel. Consider recommendations regarding Delivery and Quantity “As Needed” Surveyor Services Contracts, as follows:

 

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute three (3) Agreements for Services of Independent Contractor with MNS, Inc., Tetra Tech, Inc., and Diversified Project Services International, Inc. for surveying services on an “as needed” basis through June 30, 2027, with work being initiated via Task Orders, with a minimum amount of $50,000.00, and a total amount not to exceed $950,000.00 for each agreement;
