Title: HEARING - Consider the recommendations of the County and Montecito Planning Commissions to approve Case Nos. 16ORD-00000-00014, 16ORD-00000-00015 and 16ORD-00000-00016 which would amend, respectively, the County Land Use and Development Code, the Montecito Land Use and Development Code, and the Article II Coastal Zoning Ordinance, to revise existing development standards and permit procedures in order to implement recent State legislation regarding accessory dwelling units, as follows: (EST. ii) Determine that the adoption of this Ordinance is statutorily exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15282(h) of the Guidelines for Implementation of CEQA; and

iii) Adopt an Ordinance (Case No. 16ORD-00000-00015) amending Section 35-2, the Santa Barbara County Montecito Land Use and Development Code, of Chapter 35, Zoning, of the County Code; and

c) Consider recommendations regarding Case No. 16ORD-00000-00016 (Article II Coastal Zoning Ordinance Amendment), as follows:

i) Make the findings for approval, including CEQA findings, of the proposed Ordinance;
