Title: Consider recommendations regarding Parcel Map No. 14,833 Shokrian, 18TPM-00000-00002 and accept Public Road, and Public Utility Easement Dedications per said map, Third District, as follows: a) Subject to recordation of the Parcel Map No. 14,833 Shokrian, accept on behalf of the public and authorize the Clerk of the Board to endorse thereon, the acceptance of the offers of dedication as follows: i) 5' Wide Easement for Public Road purposes as shown thereon; ii) 5' Wide Easement for Public Utility purposes as shown thereon; and iii) 3' Wide Easement for Public Utility purposes as shown thereon; and b) Determine that the above recommended actions are exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 21083.3 and Section 15183 of the Guidelines for the Implementation of CEQA ( [Notice of Exemption], considering the environmental review documents [Consistency Analysis and Examination of Environmental Effects document]), together ...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding Parcel Map No. 14,833 Shokrian, 18TPM-00000-00002 and accept Public Road, and Public Utility Easement Dedications per said map, Third District, as follows:

 

a) Subject to recordation of the Parcel Map No. 14,833 Shokrian, accept on behalf of the public and authorize the Clerk of the Board to endorse thereon, the acceptance of the offers of dedication as follows:

 

i) 5’ Wide Easement for Public Road purposes as shown thereon;

ii) 5’ Wide Easement for Public Utility purposes as shown thereon; and

iii) 3’ Wide Easement for Public Utility purposes as shown thereon; and

 

b) Determine that the above recommended actions are exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 21083.3 and Section 15183 of the Guidelines for the Implementation of CEQA ( [Notice of Exemption], considering the environmental review documents [Consistency Analysis and Examination of Environmental Effects document]), together with the previously adopted Los Alamos Community Plan for which an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was certified of the Staff Report dated August 23, 2019), all as referenced in the Zoning Administrator’s action letter conditionally approving the Tentative Parcel Map, dated September 23, 2019.)
