Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Student Support Agreement with the University of New England, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with the University of New England for student preceptorships at the Public Health Department that deviates from the Board approved Student Support Agreement template; b) Approve and authorize the Public Health Director to make immaterial amendments to the University of New England Agreement in accordance with the immaterial amendments section, upon review and concurrence by County Counsel's Office through April 4, 2023; and c) Determine that the recommended actions are not a "Project" under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guideline 15378(b)(5) because these activities are organization and administrative activities of the government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
